THE VISION
Global Empowerment for Ministry was birthed out of a burning desire to see believers equipped, empowered, and commissioned into a spiritual lifestyle ministry. To see the gospel message as revealed through Jesus Christ activated within the lives of His followers as they are empowered through the Holy Spirit in a loving relationship with Jesus Christ. This includes those who know they have been called to minister this wonderful good news of eternal life available through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus as well as those who are just now coming to the know and understand that call.
The vision of Global Empowerment for Ministry (GEM) is based on the understanding of what the Holy Spirit has revealed in the hearts of believers and through the spiritual revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ through a spiritual understanding of scripture, dreams, as well as visions, dreams and prophetic utterance. (Acts 2:17-18; 17;11) The admonition for believers in the faith is that they are to be a "holy priesthood" which offers up "spiritual sacrifices" (I Peter 2:2-5). The Holy Spirit revealed to the apostle John that Jesus has washed those who believe in Him with His own blood and makes them "kings and priest to God His Father" (Revelation 1:5-6).
Since we know the word of God is true these scriptures mean that believers are called to be kings and priests unto God. Many believers however live their lives with little to no knowledge of this truth. If they have in fact heard it, very few really understand what it means and have never learned how to have the truth of it activated by the Holy Spirit in a way that it produces the fruit within their lives that Jesus intended. It is the desire of God's heart for us as believers to become ministers of His glorious life, His love, and His power to others in a supernatural natural way. He is passionate for us who have tasted of this wonderful life that has been given to us through His Son at new birth to freely be given out to the world around us. How truly wonderful that is!
The Global Empowerment For Ministry Team offers various spiritual helps to equip believers for the release of the Holy Spirit in their lives. Some of these are listed below:

THE MISSION
In the book of Galatians the Apostle Paul makes a statement concerning the believers. He says that he travailed in birth again until Christ be fully formed in them. (Gal. 4:19) It is one thing for us as believers to make a confession and believe in Christ and begin on the journey of discovery of Him who are hearts so love. It quite another thing for us to continually yield ourselves to the Holy Spirit and allow the precious life that is found in the Lord Jesus to be fully formed in us until we come to the unity of the faith and grow up in Him perfect and entire lacking nothing, fully formed in the image of the one who has purchased us with His own blood. The apostle Paul says to the Ephesians that the work of ministers (apostles, prophets, teachers, shepherds, evangelist) is not to do the work of the ministry themselves but their work is to fully equip the believers to do the work of the ministry. Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the full accurate knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ. So that we will no longer be children tossed back and both by winds and waves of doctrine, the prey of cunning and clever men eventing errors to mislead. (Eph. 4:11-15)
